Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item is in its original, unused, unworn condition
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is provided
  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery date

Failure to meet any one of these conditions will result in an automatic rejection of your return request.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at shophouseofsass@gmail.com within your 7-day window. Do not ship any item back without receiving written approval from us first. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery

We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us on the same day of delivery at shophouseofsass@gmail.com with photographic evidence. This is the only circumstance in which we will cover return shipping costs. Damage claims reported after the delivery date will not be accepted, as we cannot verify whether damage occurred before or after the item was in the customer's possession.

Items that show any signs of being worn, washed, altered, mishandled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return under any circumstance and will be rejected upon inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition:

  • Sale items and discounted merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Items with tags removed
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the eligible item first and place a new separate order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our eligibility conditions upon inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at shophouseofsass@gmail.com.
